By accessing or using this website or by placing an order, you agree to the following Terms, which constitute a binding agreement between you, the customer, and PVCpatches.us. Read them carefully. If you do not agree with any of these, please do not use our website or services.

PVCpatches.us is an online store exclusively engaged in tailor-made PVC patches from keychain patches, military insignia, morale badges, cap patches, as well as muc,h much more. We have complete design assistance, complete customer service, and end-to-end cargo across the USA.

You represent that you are at least 18 years of age or otherwise capable of creating legally binding contracts in case of placing an order from us. By using this site, you are taking the responsibility that all information you provide is true, accurate, and current. You do not use the site for any fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activities, and You accept these terms without doubt.

We have the complete authority to refuse service, suspend accounts, and cancel orders at the sole discretion of PVCpatches if we suspect misuse or unlawful activity.

All the content displayed on PVCpatches.us, including, but not limited to, logos, texts, designs, arts, graphics, icons, and Website layout, is either our property or available to us by license. That means:

• You may view or download the content for your own personal, non-commercial use. It's not permissible to copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, or alter any content without our consent in official written form.
• Any designs submitted to us with regard to custom orders will remain your intellectual property. You, however, give us approval to use your designs for the production process only on a limited, non-exclusive basis. We don't claim ownership of your designs unless otherwise stated explicitly in writing.

Whether you are placing an order on our website through email chat or any other way, every order placement follows a structured process:

• Design Brief: You provide your artwork or concept.
• Quote & Approval: We post a detailed price quotation and timeline confirmation.
• Digital Proof: We create a visual mockup of your design for your review and approval.
• Production: Manufacturing commences only after final design confirmation and payment. Your order will be confirmed and accepted only when we have received the order with your final design approval and complete payment. In any case, we reserve the right to refuse any project that falls outside of the purview of intellectual property laws, advocates hate speech, or is inconsistent with the values of our company.

All prices listed on this website are given in USD and exclude any applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

• All charges are to be paid in full before production commencement.
• Debit/credit card, direct bank transfers, and other approved methods shall make payments.
• Once payment has been completed, an invoice and expected delivery date shall be sent to you.
• We use secure, encrypted third-party programs for all transactions and do not store your card details.

Once the design has been approved, typical production timelines range from 7 to 14 business days, but they can take longer depending on design complexity and/or the number of patches ordered.

We ship across the USA using reputable couriers, whose shipping costs and estimated delivery timelines will be confirmed when your order is placed. Although we do our best to ensure smooth delivery at the given time, we can't be held liable for timing issues when third-party delivery services fail to meet your project timeline once the project is shipped from our location. However, we are always happy to offer reasonable support if you experience difficulties.

You can cancel your order up to final design approval and payment. After production, you won't be able to cancel because our products are made to order. If you cancel after we've begun design work but before manufacturing, we may deduct a design fee from any refundable amount to cover our costs associated with the time, materials, and resources we used to produce your project.

Due to the custom nature of our product range, we do not accept returns or provide refunds except when:

• You receive an incorrect item(s)
• The product arrives defective or damaged
• The final product you receive does not match your approved artwork.

• You must notify us within 24-48 hours of receiving your product.
• You will need to send pictures and a written description of the issue.
• We will assess your request and may issue a free reprint or partial/full refund.
• Refunds will be provided back to you within 7 business days using the same payment methods.

Please note: we hold the authority to refuse refunds on minor color/thickness/or texture variations due to the nature of the PVC manufacturing process.

You will always retain ownership of the custom designs you submit to us. We do not reproduce or use your artwork for anyone else unless:

• You have provided us with written consent.
• It is a design we created in-house and provided to you.
• We reserve the right to show images of completed products in our portfolio or social media solely for display or promotional purposes. If you wish to opt out of this, please inform us in writing.

We may use it for marketing purposes, any reviews, comments, testimonials, etc., you post or send us as long as it doesn't include confidential or copyrighted material. All content you submit or post grants us a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use it for business.

Although we make every effort to provide you with superior service on every order, PVCpatches.us will not be responsible for:

• Delay by the courier or customs
• Slight differences in colour or size
• Any loss relating to or resulting from the use or misuse of our products
• Defects in your design or submitted artwork
• Our responsibility under this warranty, if any, is restricted firmly to the purchase price of the goods received. PVCpatches.us will not be liable to you for indirect, incidental, consequential, or other damages.

We do not have any specific warranties for:

1. The suitability of our patches for specific use cases (e.g., medical uniforms, combat environments).
2. Uninterrupted access to our site or services.
3. Accurate color matching across digital and physical mediums.

Although we strive to always meet your expectations, there are factors we cannot control and will not be held responsible for (like the accuracy of a monitor's colors or courier booking timelines).

We hold the authority to suspend or cease your access to our website or services at any time (and without notice) if we believe:

1. You have breached these terms,
2. Your use of the App is fraudulent,
3. Your actions may cause us reputational harm or harm to our systems or other customers,
4. And such actions may be taken at any time without notice if we are required to protect the business or comply with a legal obligation of ours.

Neither we nor any affiliates or suppliers will be liable to you for any late delivery or failure to perform an action that might be caused by an unforeseen event beyond our control. (which includes, but is not limited to, fire, flood, earthquake, or other natural disaster or strikes, lockouts or other labor disputes, war, pandemics, government orders and restrictions, or any other circumstances that would constitute an unforeseen event).

The entire terms and conditions are set and elucidated following the laws of the United States of America applicable therein. Any dispute will be handled in the courts exclusively. We always prefer to have open communications and will always try and reach an agreeable solution if we can before that happens.
