First of all, we are not doing it as a side business like many others in the industry. Patch-making is our passion, and we only hire artisans who are highly skilled and passionate about what they do. Mostly, people come here with their vision, right? And that's why we don't just grab a mold off the shelf. Once you approve your design, we make the mold custom for you. This isn't face value; this is our way of confirming that your custom military PVC patches are indeed what you had on your mind – exact and perfect.

After the Custom mold, it's time to play with colors. We carefully fill up each color scheme according to your indications step by step. We begin with the base colour, making sure it is evenly spread throughout the mould. Each additional colour is carefully laid in layer upon layer following your design. And voila! You have yourself a PVC patch ready to go!

Oven curing is the last step but it’s quite important. it includes the application of a coating of ink over the patch and baking it properly. This is the phase where the ink is said to be perfectly dispersed and set into the personalized patch itself, hence making it durable and vibrant. Please remember that this is only for patches that were screen-printed.

After the patch is done, they are all then put under scrutiny by our QA team, which stands for Quality Assurance. We do not pack a single patch unless they have approved it. After the QA approves, our team neatly packs your order, and it gets shipped straight to your address at the agreed-upon time. We're ensuring they arrive safely at your doorsteps!

We love challenges when they involve intricate and complex designs. But on the flip side, we this kind of design can be a bit pricey. The materials for them are quite ‘specific,' so we have to include them in the pricing. But if you have a vision we are here to fulfil it no matter how much detail it needs!

Most companies limit you to nine colors in a design, but we provide the opportunity for 12 colors without charging a single penny extra. In fact, almost all our customers stick to 12 colors or less. It's pretty rare that a design would really need more than that, but if yours does, there might be a small additional charge.
